“It is my utmost pleasure to have women from diverse cultures, backgrounds and outlooks who share the commonality of “the workplace” come together on this platform to find succour, support, and a rich store of resources. Our mission is to nurture, develop and equip 1,000,000 women in and for the workplace by the year 2035. The Workplace Women was conceived in response to the need of women who, either for the sake of fulfilling their career pursuits or for the need to support their families, have found themselves at work but struggle with the dynamics and, more often than not, the shenanigans of the workplace.

These struggles are evidenced by the gaps in women’s contributions, the challenges experienced with juggling career and family concerns, and the rising decline in women’s health and overall well-being. To provide the all-around support needed to deliver impeccable results, lead a rightly prioritized and live a balanced life amidst these struggles is what this initiative exists to solve. On this platform, we do not see the workplace as only a business location per see, but every location women find themselves working in every day.

For us, it is not just in the numbers. Our methodologies are scientific yet very behavioural. We do not just want to treat women like statistics, we want to see women practically transformed, and this is the basis behind our approach in carrying out this mission. Beyond enjoying the vast resource we bring, if being a part of Workplace Women resonates with you, find your place with us by first becoming a member. We would be delighted to have you join our community.

Thank You for looking our way. Welcome Onboard!“
